Data we collect
- Your name, email, and postal address (for the letter)
- Flight details you provide (airline, route, date, issue)
- Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details)
How we use your data
We use your data solely to generate your complaint letter and deliver it to you. We do not sell, share, or use your data for marketing purposes.
Data retention
Your order data and generated letter are retained for 90 days to allow you to re-download your letter. After 90 days, all personal data is deleted.

- Anthropic — AI letter generation (your data is sent to generate the letter)
- Resend — email delivery
Your rights
